Leon Blackmore-Such and Chris Hackett’s youth team take on Luton Town in the EFL Youth Cup Southern Final at the Kassam stadium Saturday (31st March) with an 11am kick off.

Oxford United U18’s get to play in a cup final for the first time since the late 80’s. It’s not something that comes around that often but the current crop of youngsters have done it.

The yellows started the season in a strong Southwest Division where they finished 7th after scoring 40 league goals in just 18 matches.

The second part of the season see the U18’s playing in the Youth Alliance where they have lost just once in their 5 matches of an 11 match division.

Luton started in the Southeast Division where they finished 5th scoring 48 goals in 22 matches.

They have been placed in the Youth Alliance the same as the yellows but have got off to a torrid time with 3 losses in their 4 matches so far.

If you have not seen the U18’s come along as they play an attractive style of football. A record number of youth players have just been offered pro deals and they will featured in the match today.

Prices are £5 for adults and £3 for over 65s/Under 18s CASH ONLY on the turnstile for the South Stand Lower.
