Oxford United are at home again in their final preseason match against another Championship side in Birmingham.

On paper the Blues represent the easiest match so far with Birmingham side finishing 19th last season. So far the U’s have taken on 3 Championship sides won one drawn one and lost one.

However with Harry Redknapp at the helm the Blus will be odds on to improve on last seasons finish.

One of those improvements is Cheikh Ndoye a 6ft 4 central midfield playmaker recently added from French league 1 side Angers.

Last season’s strike force of Lukas Jutkiewicz and Chey Adams will also be a threat to the U’s with 19 goals between them in the Championship.

The U’s will again be without John Lundstram who is expected to sign for Sheffield United. But will have Jon Obika back. Also making debuts for the U’s will be Dutch player Dwight Tiendalli and Spanish player Xemi.

ko is 15:00hrs Sat 22nd July 2017 and have been reduced for the match.
