Oxford awarded player of round 1 in the Checkatrade

Oxford United`s Rob Hall has picked up the Player of the Round Award for his performance in the opening matches.

Hall was voted as the winner in the new award voted for by the fans after being shortlisted by an independent expert.

He was key in Oxford`s 6-2 win at Stevenage, where he played a part in two goals and scored two superb individual efforts.

However Robbie picked up an injury against Peterborough at the weekend and will be out for round 2.
