Oxford United football club sent the travelling yellow army home happy thanks to Wes Thomas’s two goals.

Oxford fans again turned up in numbers and were this time joined by a vocal support from Hull City. To be fair to both Hull and Middlesbrough both teams announced their locations at very short notice.

Like Middlesbrough, Hull were relegated last season and put in a good test for Pep Clotet to asses his growing squad.
