Oxford United can extend their unbeaten run to seven games when Leyton Orient visit Grenoble Road on Saturday.

However, five of those six games ended as draws, including a frustrating 2-2 against Northampton on Tuesday night.

Orient have shown signs of inconsistency in recent weeks, losing at home to Burton last time out before a late win against Northampton before that. Defeat at Barnsley on February 10 was a first loss in eight, which includes wins over Portsmouth and Bolton.

Cameron Brannagan is an injury doubt after picking up a knock against the Cobblers. Marcus McGuane and Elliott Moore also missed the match although the former could return. There could also be a return for Oisin Smyth and Fin Stevens.

Jordan Brown is back from suspension while Daniel Happe and former U’s winger Jordan Graham may also be available. Another former Oxford player in Dan Agyei could also return.

The U’s won the reverse fixture back in November at hit five without reply in the last meeting at Grenoble Road, which came in the Football League Trophy. However, Orient have won on their last two league visits to Oxford and are unbeaten in their last three trips.

Predicted line-up: Jamie Cumming, Greg Leigh, Ciaron Brown, Stephan Negru, Sam Long, Jay Matete, Cameron Brannagan, Ruben Rodrigues, Tyler Goodrham, Josh Murphy, Mark Harris.

Prediction: Oxford United 1-1 Leyton Orient
