Defender Lee Molyneaux has quit the club by mutual consent after a settlement was reached and his contract paid off.

Lee was signed by Graham Rix in 2004 after playing under him in the Portsmouth youth setup. He had a successful spell in Ireland and then returned to England, first with Weymouth and then trying to forge a career at Oxford after impressing whilst on trial in pre season.

He made seven starts and eleven substitute appearances last season for the side, but has failed to figure so far this campaign and with that in mind both parties came to an agreement and Lee is free to search for a new club.
