Duncan Culley, 24 a 6ft striker is currently on trial with Oxford United.
Duncan hit 39 goals last season for Shortwood United of the Southern League Division 1 South & West.
On Monday he played for Shortwood against Brimscombe who he helped win 7-4 with 4 goals to his name.
Against Abingdon Town for the U’s he managed to get 45 minutes where he scored a goal helping the team to a 10-1 win.
He looked very composed on the ball with excellent close ball control. He ran the line well and showed he had a good amount of pace which could cause teams defences a few problems.
With the player already having a trial with Skybet league 2 side Cheltenham I wouldn`t be surprised to see the trial extended so the U`s staff might see him against league opposition.
