Luke O’Brien 24 a left back has signed a contract until January 2013. Luke will provide competition to Tony Capaldi in the absence on Laim Davis who is injured until November/December.

Luke started life as a footballer for home town club Bradford City where he made 149 appearances before a transfer to Exeter City in January this year. His contract was not renewed in May this year so has been looking for a club ever since.

He spent preseason with Ross County, AFC Halifax and Accrington Stanley but no deal came along.

Speaking to OUFC’s yellow player he was thrilled to have finally signed a contract and will be doing all he can to prove his worth to the management and fans of OUFC.
