Oxford United’s fixture list for the 2021/22 season have been released. Karl Robinson’s side visit League Two runners up Cambridge United on the opening day and end the campaign with the visit of Doncaster Rovers.
The U’s have also been drawn away to Burton Albion in the first round of the Carabao Cup – a tie that takes place between the visit to Cambridge and a first home match of the season against Charlton Athletic.
Oxford travel to Fratton Park on Boxing Day to face Portsmouth before welcoming League Two champions Cheltenham Town on New Year’s Day.
Oxford face trips to Hillsborough and the Stadium of Light at the start of October, which should attract plenty of support from the returning yellow army.
