Against Cambridge, it was Oxford’s turn to score a stoppage time winner. The visitors took the lead in the first half but Tyler Goodrham levelled for the U’s, before Ciaron Brown bundled the ball home deep into stoppage time.

On the pitch, Oxford ended the month with a home defeat against promotion rivals Derby. The U’s led 2-0 inside 15 minutes thanks to a brace from Brannagan but the Rams roared back and scored two late goals to win the game 3-2.
