Dwight Tiendalli 31 is a 5ft 11 Dutch international defender and has signed a 1 year contract with the yellows.

Starting in the Youth teams of Ajax and Utrecht signing professional terms in 2004. He spent 8 years playing in the Dutch top division playing for Utrecht, Feyenoord, Sparta Rotterdam and Twente. In that time he played in 209 matches scoring 6 goals.

As well playing in the Dutch Eredivisie he’s played in the Europa cup as well. He represented Holland at U21 level and has also been capped twice for the senior team.

In 2006 he played a part in Holland winning the European U21 Championship and was named in the team of the tournament.

In 2012 Premiership Swansea signed him where he stayed for 3 years with a loan to Middlesbrough. I was during this time that he linked up with Pep Clotet.
